NCAA Game Summary - Detroit At Wright State

Dayton, OH -- (Sports Network) - Scottie Wilson netted 15 points and pulled down nine rebounds, as the third-seeded Wright State Raiders cruised past the 10th- seeded Detroit Titans, 60-37, in the first round of the Horizon League Tournament at the Nutter Center. Vaughn Duggins chipped in with 12 points for Wright State (21-9), which will face off against Valparaiso in the second round on Friday. Eulis Stephens was the only player to reach double figures for Detroit (7-23), finishing with a game-high 18 points. The Raiders closed out the first half with a 15-3 run and it held a 27-24 edge at the break. In the second stanza, Wright State shot a blistering 63.2 percent from the floor, as it pulled away for the 23-point victory. On the night, the Raiders made good on 50.0 percent of their field goal attempts and they also controlled the boards, 34-18.
