(Sports Network) - Deonte Huff logged 20 points and 10 rebounds, as the Portland State Vikings nipped the Eastern Washington Eagles, 76-74, in Big Sky Conference play at the Stott Center.

Jeremiah Dominguez posted 13 points for the Vikings (21-9, 14-2 BSC), who had already clinched the SBC regular season title. Julius Thomas and Andre Murray scored 10 points apiece, as Portland State won its 12th straight conference game.

Kellen Williams guided the Eagles (11-19, 6-10) with 18 points, and Marcus Hinton tallied 17 points.

The Vikings held a 43-35 advantage at the break and they extended their lead to as many as 11 points in the second stanza before the Eagles mounted a comeback. Williams hit a jumper to put Eastern Washington up 74-73 with 32 seconds left, but Dominguez drained a pair of free throws with 24 seconds remaining to push Portland State ahead. The Eagles had a chance to win the game, but they missed a pair of shots in the closing moments of the Vikings' two-point win.
