Lawrenceville, NJ -- (Sports Network) - Harris Mansell scored 17 points to lead the Rider Broncs to a convincing, 87-59 victory over the Fairfield Stags in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference battle at the Alumni Gym.

Jason Thompson added a double-double for Rider (21-9, 13-5 MAAC), posting 16 points to go along with 12 rebounds. Mike Ringgold and Ryan Thompson contributed 11 and 10 points, respectively for the Broncs, who have won three consecutive contests.

Jonathan Han led the way for Fairfield (14-15, 11-7) with 13 points, while Marty O'Sullivan chipped in 10 points to go along with nine rebounds.

The Broncs shot 50.0 percent from the field in the first half and went into the break with a strong, 38-26 lead over Fairfield.

Rider continued its strong play in the second stanza, shooting 53.8 percent from the floor en route to a dominating 28-point win.

The Broncs connected on 10-of-18 attempts from behind the arc, while Fairfield made just 4-of-25 shots from long range.
