Charleston, SC -- (Sports Network) - Andrew Goudelock scored 18 points to lead the College of Charleston Cougars to a 91-86 win over the Georgia Southern Eagles in Southern Conference action at John Kresse Arena. The Cougars (13-16, 8-11 SoCon) also received 17 points from Dustin Scott, while Jermaine Johnson added 13 points in the victory. Tony White Jr. and Donavan Monroe chipped in with 11 and 10 points, respectively. GSU (20-10, 13-6) was paced by Willie Powers and Anthony Marshall, who each scored 18 points in the loss. Louis Graham also added 14 points, while Matthew Fields chipped in with 12 points. Charleston got off to a fast start, shooting 7-of-11 from three-point range in the first half, to take a 45-39 lead at the break. The Cougars kept the pressure on in the second stanza, shooting 50.0 percent from the field, en route to a five-point victory. Three point shooting was the difference in this contest, as Charleston outscored GSU 36-9 from long-range.
