Queens, NY -- (Sports Network) - A pair of guards from St. John's, Larry Wright and Mike Cavataio, announced Monday they plan to transfer to another school.

Wright, who averaged 9.1 points in 18.9 minutes a game as a sophomore last season, said a recent discovery of an illness involving a member of his immediate family cause him to seek a transfer.

Cavataio played in 17 games as a freshman last season, averaging 1.4 points.
