Morehead, KY -- (Sports Network) - Bruce Price tallied a game-high 22 points, eight assists and six steals to lead the sixth-seeded Tennessee State Tigers in a 68-61 upset of the third-seeded Morehead State Eagles in the quarterfinal round of the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament at Johnson Arena. Jerrell Houston added 16 points for TSU (13-17), which will face Murray State in Friday's semifinal round. Gerald Robinson and LaDarious Weaver also got into the mix, posting 13 and 11 points, respectively. MSU (15-15) was paced by Jamyron Steward, who scored 18 points in a losing effort. Kenneth Faried added 14 points for the Eagles, while Leon Buchanan contributed 12 points and eight boards. Maze Stallworth had 10 points, and Nikola Stojakovic ran the show for MSU, dishing out a game-best 11 assists. TSU got off to a fast start, shooting 44 percent from the field in the first half to take a 32-26 lead at the break. The Tigers were relentless in the second stanza, shooting a sizzling 63.2 percent from the floor en route to the seven-point win. The TSU bench was the difference in this contest, as the Tigers' reserves outscored the MSU bench 15-2 on the night.
