Stephen DuCharme posted 17 points and seven rebounds, and Tyler Newbold had 16 points on 4-of-6 long range shots. Gary Wilkinson contributed 12 points and seven rebounds, as Utah State lost the game that mattered after sweeping a pair of meetings from Boise State during the regular-season.

Boise State drilled 7-of-15 shots from beyond the arc and used a late 14-4 run in the first half to open a 42-37 lead at the break.

In the second stanza, the Broncos shot 51.9 percent from the field and went 14-of-18 at the foul line to secure the 10-point victory.

Boise State, which is back in the finals for the first time since losing to Texas-El Paso in 2005, converted 11-of-21 chances from three-point range and 21-of-26 at the charity stripe in the game.
