The new Cabarrus County Fair site is located at the intersection of Hwy 49 and Old Airport Rd in Concord. The fair site will occupy over 40 acres of pristine land with multi-purpose facilities offering more than 140,000 square feet of climate controlled special event venues as well as a ten acre lawn area for outdoor events, including its inaugural events including the 50th Cabarrus County Fair and Cabarrus Regional Chamber of Commerce Business Expo 2002.
