Your Authentic Speaking Style™ is the core learning experience of Interact, providing immersion into the concepts of authenticity and presence as the central forces of effective communication. This transformational speaking experience helps you uncover your authentic voice; earn trust and buy-in from others; and find a new level of self-esteem, commitment and performance. Format: the format is an on-camera experience that puts participants on their feet for multiple presentations to professional peers, each followed by real-time coaching from the group and faculty. Between rounds of speaking, participants are given practical insights on navigating adrenaline, delivering a clear message, the power of storytelling in business, using the six tools of connection and coaching others. Options: this course is available as a customized learning experience to teams. The course is typically offered over two days and runs 8-10 hours depending on the size of the group. YASS is also available as an open-enrollment course, held 6 times annually at Interact Studio. This course has a standard schedule: 2:30-5:00pm on Day One and 8:00am-4:30pm on Day Two.
