In this 6-week class, we will practice guided mindfulness meditations, which include mindful eating together. You will receive information about how to choose food both pleasing and nourishing, how to feel satisfied after meals, and how mindful eating, once internalized, can shift your relationship with food forever. Learn again the joy of healthy eating, and regain the pleasure of enjoying every meal. Please plan to bring your lunch to class with you. Instructor: Patty McLucas, CPT, wellness coach, and trained instructor of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction curriculum. She is co-founder and owner of Breathing Room in San Mateo and Los Altos. Sponsor: Health Improvement Program Audience: General Public Faculty/Staff Students Alumni/Friends Members Register for this 6-week class at hip.stanford.edu
