In today’s global economy, HR practitioners are called upon to deliver effective programs and initiatives for a growing international workforce at home as well as overseas. To do this successfully they need to develop a global mindset to understand, and connect with, the diversity of thinking, and acting of the national cultures they work with worldwide. This course is designed to provide the cross cultural strategies and best practices they need to implement a compelling global approach in their facilitation and communication endeavors. The course will empower participants to apply the international best practices learned to synergize with multi-national cultural value sets in order to deliver effective programs in multiple international locations across the NCSA, EMEA and APAC regions. http://continuinged.uncc.edu/search/publicCourseSearchDetails.do?method=load&courseId=1101185 See Website
