If you aren't traveling home to visit family for the Thanksgiving holiday, fell less like an orphan by enjoying food and friendshp at our first Thanksgiving Potluck Picnic.  Good Eats and Meets wants to share in the spirit of the holidays and community by inviting you to our "Thanksgiving Potluck Picnic" which will be held on Sunday, November 18th from 1-6pm at Nevin Community Park 6000 Statesville Road, Charlotte, 28269.  Come out and enjoy a family-friendly afternoon filled with delicious food, drinks, games and most of all enjoy the camaraderie of old and new friends.  Good Eats and Meets will provide the turkey and stuffing as well as a keg of locally brewed beer, sodas and water.  We ask that you bring your favorite potluck side dish, appetizer or dessert as well your own beverage of choice and $10 (Kids 12 and under are FREE) to cover the cost of the shelter rental and join us for this fun-filled day of cornhole, bocce and other games while the take advantage of playing on the huge playground rght next to the shelter for the kids. It ia a massive play area and the kds wll love it. Come join us and give thanks for the delicious good eats and friendship! See you soon and come hungry!
