About the presenter: S. Rick Sipes, Ph.D. is a fully-certified NC Instructional and Leadership Coach.  He is a 25-year veteran educator, having worked with all ages of learners from K-12, community college, university undergraduate and graduate, to adult learners in corporate settings.
