Introduction to Chinese Cooking•• Hands-OnInterested in dipping your culinary forks (or chopsticks) into wok cooking, stir-frying, and all sorts of delicious flavors? Everyone loves some type of Chinese food. As it turns out, it is one of the easiest and fastest ways to cook. This introductory class will cover basic Chinese cooking techniques with a menu of some favorite foods that we all love. Students will be introduced to a variety of flavors, spices, and vegetables as they learn proper cutting techniques and how to use woks, form dumplings, and stir-fry.
