First of all, congratulations on making this very important commitment to your health! The Engine 2 lifestyle is not about subtraction; it is about addition. During this orientation (note you can attend one of two sessions offered) you will learn about the two different paths you can take: fire cadet or firefighter. You will also receive a “Starter Kit” full of invaluable information that will help you along your journey. Afterward, feel free to stay for an Engine 2-focused store tour.
