Time: 7pm – 10pm How It WorksBowling teams of 5 people will compete on behalf on charitable organizations (5 teams per org.). Participating sponsors will donate money to charitable organizations behalf of each team.Teams will pay a discounted price for shoes & games to participate, courtesy of Dave & Busters.For ever strike that's made by an individual, the team's sponsorship funds will be used to donate money towards the organization that each team represents. Both simple and challenging at that same time so bring your “A” game!The goal is to raise funds for each organization to show appreciation for their great servitude. This will help them kick the year off with a great start and better achieve their goals. The rules and steps to accomplish this goal will be discussed during the meet & greet prior to the event starting each night.
All teams will need to register to participate. General team registration is $199.95. Early bird pricing : $149.95 until Feb 9h 2013 with promotion code. FAQs What to expect at the event?The Bowl & Support event is designed to support local charitable organizations in a fun and enjoyable fashion. Included in the registration price are the following: 1) Bowing game & shoes rental for all team members. 2) Food, drinks (soda and coffee) will be provided during your bowling game. 3) T-Shirts and gift bags (filled with goodies from sponsors) will be giving to each participant. **Rules for the event will be discuss 30 minutes prior to the start time. We ask that your team arrive 30 - 45 minutes prior for meet & greet and rules for the event. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?No, The Bowl & Support event will provide food and beverages (soda and coffee) for registered team members. We do ask that all bowling participants be 18 years or older. The venue: Dave & Busters serves acohol beverages so on behalf of Dave & Busters we do ask that you do have your ID on-hand. What can/can't I bring to the event?Shoes rental are included in your registration for all 6 team members. You are however more than welcome to bring your own bowling ball(s) and/ or shoes to the event. Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?If you have further questions or concerns please feel free to email your questions to BSRandAssociates@Live.com a representative will reply within 24 hours. Each organization that will be represented may also have if information we've shared with them but details regarding the event can be best explained by a BSR & Associates team member. Is my registration/ticket transferrable?Yes, At registration please be sure to list all team member's names. Once your team has fully registered we will have all team members names on-hand. If changes are needed please inform us either by email at BSRandAssociates@Live.com or at the time of registration. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?Yes, please make sure at least one person has a copy of the registration ticket at the event. This will help us in assigning wristbands and keeping track of all teams. What is the refund policy?Due to the nature of the event, we have to reserve the venue & food accomodation. Thus, the registration process helps us to negoiate the best rates (for all participants) and availability. With that said, the event registration is non-refundable. You are more than welcome to use the transferrable option is by chance you or a team member is unable to attend. The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?Yes, If you've decided to transfer your registration to someone else simply notify us by email or at the event.
