Join us for an evening of original music performed in a relaxed acoustic setting with these two New England songwriters. Admission is free. Seating is limited so get there early. Wine, coffee, wine coolers and food served also.
A Billboard and international music award winner, Randy has shared the stage with such acts as Aldo Nova, Toto, April Wine, Warrant, Edgar Winter, Blue Oyster Cult, Henry Lee Summer, as well as performing throughout all of the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southern States, as well as Quebec and the Maritime Provinces. Formerly with CBS Records Canada, Smith has recorded 6 albums throughout his musical career both individually and with his band 8084. 8084 released their first album in 1987; produced by Elektra artist Hirsh Gardner. Helen has performed throughout New England and beyond with a variety of bands. A former contestant on Nashville’s “You Can Be A Star”, Helen has performed with popular local acts including Harmony Arbour, Arabus, Skyline, The Eight of Us (swing tunes under director: Norinne Tiley), Liquid Floyd (Pink Floyd tribute) as well as performing solo gigs and a duo with Don Otis. Her sweet and powerful voice has often been compared to that of Ann Wilson of Heart.
Singer/Songwriter Curt Busse, a Chicago transplant, began his studies in music performance at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale where he studied classical guitar. He then transferred to Columbia College Chicago to study music performance in voice. In 2002 Curt graduated with a bachelor’s degree in music performance. In 2006, Curt graduated with an Associates Degree in Science of Nursing. Now living in Charlotte NC, Curt has once again focused his sights on music performance and is currently writing new material for his next album.
