Davidson College invites the public on Tuesday, February 5, to a talk by Vassar College Professor of History Maria Höhn about her award-winning exhibit “The Civil Rights Struggle, African American GIs and Germany.” This international, traveling exhibit has received Julius E. Williams Distinguished Community Service Award from the NAACP, and will be on display in the Alvarez College Union Brown Atrium from February 4 through March 1. Höhn’s talk will take place at 7:30 p.m. in the Union’s Smith 900 Room, and there is no charge to attend. For information call 704-894-2284.
