Troop:  Each Year, Williamsons Chapel UMC has a Bar-B-Que in February.  Each year we have volunteered to help with some of the work that is required to make this Bar-B-Que a success.  We help with clean up inside, parking for folks coming to eat, and running to-go orders out to folks driving through in their cars.  WCUMC has always appreciated this help and would have a hard time filling all the postiions if the Troop could not provide help.  Unfortunately, this year the BBQ falls on February 16th which is also MBU.  There will be many of you at MBU and cannot work.  However, there are many that will not be at MBU and we need your help.  There will be 2 shifts and we need as many adults as we do Scouts for this.  Please sign up for either 10AM-1PM or 1PM-4PM.  Most likely we will not need folks until 4PM but be prepared in case.  Please wear Full Class A to this event as we are representing our Scout Troop.
