PETIE, a brand new work by NY playwright Lori Fischer, centers on mother and daughter Bonnie and Jesse as they each try to cope with the tenth anniversary of the death of their son and brother, a precocious and full-of-faith 10-year-old named Petie.
PETIE is the recipient of the Kennedy Center Regional Theater Conference Award as well as being both a NYU Goldberg Award Runner-Up and Mark Cohen Award nominee.

Saturday, April 6 performance will feature a talkback with the cast and playwright Lori Fischer.
Friday, April 12, Starving Artist will join with representatives from Safe Alliance and Love Speaks Out for a Domestic Violence Panel Discussion following the play to discuss the issues raised by the show.
