Join us for this fabulous opportunity to come together as a community and support the Any1Can Project, a collaborative service effort in 16 North Carolina schools!Throughout the year, students at these schools (including seventh graders at CSD) have studied seven diverse, but interconnected, global issues:Poverty and The Global EconomyHunger and NutritionWater and InfrastructurePeace and Conflict ResolutionAccess to EducationEnvironment and Climate ChangeSocial Attitudes and Prejudice/Tolerance As part of the Any1Can Project, each participating school hosts a Painting Party-- a chance for students, parents and other members of the ENTIRE school community to come together at fun events where every ticketholder receives a white T-shirt with an Any1Can logo. Using the seven global issues as a starting place, each person at the party gets to hand-paint his or her own ideas and images about making a difference directly on the T-shirt.
