This course is an intro to the discipline of parkour including basic physical conditioning, movement techniques, as well as philosophy. We will cover effective and safe methods for physical conditioning, and performing basic movements such as proper landing, rolls, precisions, balancing, vaults, wall-runs, cat-leaps, and climb-ups. Regardless of your physical condition, the basics are learn-able by anyone! Expect to work hard and have a lot of fun!
