November YBM Leadership Luncheon Features Mr. Reginald BeanYBM is proud to announce that Mr. Reginald Bean, Director of Multicultural Marketing - Coca-Cola Bottling Co Consolidated is our guest speaker for the November Leadership Luncheon.YBM Leadership Alliance Leadership Luncheons are designed to bring YBM high school students, and community business leaders together to network, share best practices and learn from one another. The Luncheons are designed to provide a high level of networking and value for all attendees. The YBM high school leaders gain valuable experience and learn to engage with business professionals in an upscale business environment. The business leaders have an opportunity to engage with young leaders and other business/community leaders. Both groups have an opportunity to hear a presentation from various Charlotte industry executives. With that in mind, the Leadership Luncheons are designed to have the following characteristics:Small group setting - 30 or less attendees;Events held in high-end restaurants;Equal number of high school and business/community professionals;Diverse group of attendees (men and women of all races);Committed and successful attendees;Speakers represent industry experts and are some of the strongest leaders in the Charlotte area;Session lengths are short and impactful – approximately the duration of a long lunch (1.5 hours or less);Sessions include networking.Event DetailsDress: Business Cost: Each attendee pays for lunch Parking: Complimentary Valet Parking
About Mr Reginald BeanReginald Bean, Director of Multicultural Marketing with Coca-Cola bottling. In his role, Reginald is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing programs that promote and sustain cultural awareness, inclusion, equity and respect within the African American, Hispanic/Latino and Asian American cultures.Reginald began his career with Coca-Cola Consolidated in 1999, when he joined the company in territory sales. He held several positions within Coca Cola including Strategic Planning Analyst, Director of Finance-Operations and Director of Sales Analytics. Prior to joining Coca-Cola Consolidated, Reginald served his country in the US Army for 7 years where he participated in several international desert and urban training missions.Reginald holds a Bachelor in Operations Management from DeVry University. Reginald enthusiastically serves his community holding several Board of Directors positions including The Urban League of Central Carolinas, The Police Activities League (PAL) and the National Academy of Finance. Reginald shares life’s journey with a wonderful wife, Shavonda and daughter Arden. He enjoys numerous physical activities including working out and golf. Lastly, Reginald’s hobbies include reading, cooking and long rides on his motorcycle.
