ADDENDUM TO OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS OF GIMME THE MIKE CHARLOTTE 2008 AS OF: MARCH 27, 2008

I. As provided in paragraph 5 of the Official Rules "Additional Prizes" the Sponsor now lists the following prizes to be awarded to the Competition Winner:

1. A 42” HD Television with a minimum retail value of $1,000.00.
2. From Charles Holloman Productions in Charlotte an IPOD (80 gig), a Dopi Karaoke Unit (IPOD Mixer & Microphone), a certificate for 50 downloadable karaoke songs from Dopi Karaoke catalog, recording session at Charles Holloman Productions (8 hours studio time to be used for 5 song demo session using music tracks provided by Charles Holloman Productions, Mastered CD disc-Total Retail Value-$2,100.00.
3. A $100.00 Concord Mills gift card to be used at Concord Mills. Retail value of $100.00
4. A “Got To Be NC” basket filled with products produced and grown in NC from NC Department of Agriculture having a retail value of $200.00.
5. A $500.00 Food Lion gift card. Retail value of $500.00.
