Chambourcin

Chambourcin is a relatively new hybrid red grape.

Developed over the last 50 years, Chambourcin is a favorite with growers because of it’s resistance to fungus and pests.

Flavor: Wine is deep, full-bodied and clean with short finish.

Aroma: Depending on where the grapes are grown, when they are planted and how long the wine is aged, Chambourcin can carry the aromas of; black cherry, mulberry and herbs.
