The grapes are used as a component of many dessert wines and also made into wine by itself.

Flavor: Wine is fresh, crisp, dry, grassy and sometimes sweet

Aroma: Sauvignon Blanc can smell of lemon grass, tropical fruit, green peppers and even oak if fermented in an oaken barrel.
