The grape has higher than normal sugar concentrations and can withstand cold temperatures.

It is ideal for making ice wines and late harvest sweet wines.

Flavor: Wine is fruity, crisp and sweet.

Aroma: Vidal Blanc smells of pineapple and grapefruit and even apricot and tangerine when made into an ice wine.
