Man Shot To Death After Breaking Into Estranged Wife's Home

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A man who police say into his estranged wife's home was shot by her boyfriend. He later died in surgery early Sunday morning.Police say John Bullard, 29, forced his way into his estranged wife's North Charlotte home around 4 a.m. and got into a fight with her boyfriend.According to police reports, 27-year-old Moses Lawrence then shot Bullard.Bullard was transported to Carolina's Medical Center and died while in surgery.Police will take the case to the District Attorney's Office to determine if charges should be filed against Lawrence.
