HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. -- A mourning father who lost a teen to alcohol poisoning two years ago Tuesday, is disappointed the friend who watched his son die is in trouble with the law again.18-year old Ryan Pittsonberger was arrested Monday for the second time in less than three months on alcohol-related charges.Huntersville Police pulled him over for not wearing a seatbelt, moments after he left his high school Monday afternoon. Police say Pittsonberger was driving with a revoked license and had beer in his car.The arrest happened on the eve of the two-year anniversary of 16-year old Michael Duni's death. Duni died of alcohol poisoning at Pittsonberger's home after a night of drinking.Michael's father, Mike Duni, Senior says, "It just doesn't seem like that message is getting through." Duni says his family bears no hatred toward the Pittsonbergers, but there is some disappointment.Duni says, "I want to reach out to him and say what's going on, talk to his parents and say what's going on, don't let him become the tragedy."Pittsonberger had a revoked license because he was arrested in September on drunk driving charges.Ryan's mother, Dana served four months in jail after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter charges for providing alcohol to minors the night Duni died. She is still on probation.
