ROCK HILL, S.C. -- York County sheriff's deputies are looking for a man caught on tape exposing himself in front of a local hotel. They say it's very important that they find the man because he could put others in danger.Detectives worry about what the man might do with no cameras around. They say on March 4, the man walked in the Holiday Inn Express on Carowinds Boulevard and said he was there to pick someone up. Then he walked back and forth outside for five minutes, making sure he was seen, then dropped his pants and began performing a sex act. The hotel security camera outside the lobby taped the whole thing.Mike Baker of Crime Stoppers says so-called flashers tend to start this way and then become violent."It takes so much stimulation to keep them interested, and once they're bored with this they tend to step up their game," he said. That can mean attacking someone.Baker said a van seen leaving the parking lot could belong to the man, but the camera didn't catch the license plate.Although the man in these pictures hasn't appeared again, deputies believe he will.If you recognize that man or have any information, call York County Crime Stoppers at (877) 409-4321.Management at the Holiday Inn Express didn't want to talk about the incident.
