Man Sentenced To 25 Years For Deadly DWI Crash Near Rock Hill

ROCK HILL, S.C. -- A drunk driver will spend 25 years in prison for killing a 16-year-old Rock Hill girl last November.William Brown, 50, faced the family and friends of Kimberly Hobbs in court on Thursday.
