Warrants Issued In Shelby Shooting

SHELBY, N.C. -- Shelby police are looking for a man they say tried to shoot another man to death.Police have issued arrest warrants for Jacques Ross, 27. Investigators say he shot Ronald Ross on Sunday several times at a house on West Elm Street.Ronald Ross is expected to recover.Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Jacques Ross is asked to call Shelby Crime Stoppers at (704) 481-8477.
