Seconds later police say he shot and killed a customer, Jeffrey Peck, then went back to Vincek and shot her again. Now, her three young children are left without a mother.Peck also left loved ones behind. His daughter Jennifer Peck talked after the hearing. She said the hearing comes so soon after last year’s shootings; it’s hard for her to deal with.Family members said an important step has been taken toward justice. Still they know the pain will continue each time they're reminded of their loss when they see Ramseur in the courtroom.
