As you can imagine, this tragedy has absolutely devastated our family. God Bless all the firefighters and good people of North Carolina who have come to the aid of my family and are providing more help and love than we could have possibly ever asked for. Its a truly wonderful thing to know that there are still so many people who care, and that realize how these brave public servants help and protect us every day of our lives.

Victor will be missed dearly by all, but never forgotten. Victor is my brother-in-law, but I feel as if i have lost a blood brother.
