CMPD Significant Event Log For May 5/6

May 5 11:56 a.m. Break/Enter Residential-Unoccupied: Reporting person saw BM teen running from his house as he was coming in in 2200 block of Rice Planters. Suspect described as bald LSW long black t-shirt, black shorts and black sneakers. Possible suspect vehicle is black Kia.

May 5 5:25 p.m. Accident in Roadway-Property Damage in North Tryon Division: CSS Tech. #3217 involved, while operating Vehicle #011 at E. Sugar Creek Rd and N. Tryon St. No injuries.

May 5 6:24 p.m. Accident in Roadway-Property Damage in South Division: CATS bus #646 involved at Archdale Drive and South Park Drive. No injuries.

May 5 8:43 p.m. Robbery from Business – Armed in North Tryon Division: The Eden Mart was robbed by two B/M's, one of which had dreads and was armed w/ a handgun at 400 W. Craighead Rd. The suspects fled in a black 4 dr. vehicle. No injuries.

May 5 10:15 p.m. Robbery from Person - Strong Arm in North Tryon Division: The victim reported being assaulted and robbed by three B/M suspects, two of which were wearing dark colored clothing and the third was wearing dark pants and a white shirt at 1000 Tara Lane. The suspects fled in a black Ford Explorer. The victim sustained minor injury.

May 5 11:36 p.m. Robbery from Person – Armed in Metro Division: The victims reported being robbed at gunpoint by two black male suspects wearing dark clothing at 2800 L.D. Parker Drive. No injuries.
