CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A man was shot twice in West Charlotte just before midnight Sunday.

Police said it happened on Tacoma Street near Tuckaseegee Road. Police said at least one of the bullets hit the victim in the head while he was sitting in a van.

Police have not released the victim’s name or condition, and do not have a description of the suspect.
