Police Ask For Help In Statewide Manhunt For Assault Suspect

MOORESVILLE, N.C. -- Mooresville police want help in a statewide manhunt for a suspect wanted on assault charges in Iredell county.

Authorities are looking for 23-year-old Troy Higgs. They believe he is living in the Hickory or Conover area. Higgs is described as 6 feet tall, 190 pounds with black spiky hair.

Anyone with information on Higgs should call Mooresville-South Iredell Crime Stoppers at 704-658-9056.
