According to AAA, the average price in Charlotte is at $3.82.Despite gas prices dropping about 30 cents since last month, several drivers told Eyewitness News that they are still cutting back on their driving. They said the price drop just isn’t enough to make a difference in their wallets. Drivers told Eyewitness News that they are still being very frugal with their driving habits.
