Search For 3 Suspects In Northwest Charlotte Shooting

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Police said one man was shot during a robbery attempt off Freedom Drive in Northwest Charlotte Thursday night.It happened near Willard Street and Bradford Street around 9:15 p.m. The man was taken to the hospital, but is expected to survive.Charlotte-Mecklenburg officers had a hard time controlling the crowd. One officer had to shock a man with a Taser. That person is expected to be okay.Police continued searching for three suspects in the shooting and robbery late Thursday night, but officers did not have a good description of the suspects.
