LANCASTER, S.C. -- Police said a teenager was shot just hours after he graduated from high school in Lancaster, SC early Saturday morning.Officers were called out to a gas station on South Main Street around 1:30 a.m.. That’s where they said they found 18-year-old Todd Talford lying in the ground. Police said he was shot near his chest.Authorities say he was sitting in a car when shots came through the windshield. Police were able to talk to him, but Talford said he didn’t know who did it.Police said while they were interviewing him, they heard 8 to 10 more shots fired nearby. Officers investigated and found another car had been shot. Police believe the same suspects are responsible for both shootings.There are no suspects in custody. Talford’s status at the hospital has not been released.
