Posted: 6:57 am EDT June 10, 2009Updated: 7:35 am EDT June 10, 2009

A Charlotte woman is ok this morning after her minivan fell into a sinkhole Tuesday afternoon in the Myers Park area.

Officials said this is a major sinkhole and could cause problems for drivers during their morning commute.

All inbound lanes of Selwyn are closed, and Eyewitness News crews were there Wednesday morning as crews continued to work and repair existing issues.

Crews told us that a water main leak caused this crash.

The sink hole is located on Selwyn Avenue between Wellesley Avenue and Radcliffe Avenue.
