Posted: 9:37 pm EDT June 10, 2009Updated: 9:52 pm EDT June 10, 2009

Charlotte City workers reopened a road in Myers Park that collapsed under a minivan.

Crews finished paving Selwyn Avenue at Wellesley Road around 8 p.m. Wednesday. Crews spent the day repairing a leaky water main under the road.

The leak washed way dirt and caused a sinkhole to form Tuesday across from Queens University.

The road collapsed under the right front wheel of a minivan. The driver was not hurt.
