The victim advised he was robbed at gunpoint by 2 B/Ms. One suspect was described as wearing a black and yellow baseball cap and the second suspect was wearing jeans and a blue shirt. Both suspects fled the scene on foot. No injuries reported.

July 6 9:20 p.m. Robbery from Person - Strong Arm at Shamrock Dr./N. Sharon Amity Rd in Hickory Grove Division. The victim reported that a known suspect used physical force to take items from them. The suspect fled in a gold van. No injuries.

July 6 9:25 p.m. Robbery from Person - Armed at 5400 Equipment Dr in North Tryon Division. The victim reported that three black male suspects with one wearing a white tank top, robbed them at knifepoint. The suspects fled on foot. The victim suffered minor injuries.

July 6 11:04 p.m. Robbery from Person - Armed at 1600 Eastcrest Dr in Eastway Division. The victim reported that a black male suspect, 5'5", stocky build, wearing a dark shirt attempted to rob them at gunpoint. The victim suffered minor injuries when the suspect struck them with the gun for not having anything to take. There was a second suspect but no description on them. The suspects fled on foot. The victim was transported to Mercy by MEDIC for treatment of their NLT injuries.

July 6 11:12 p.m. Fire Case/Inv at 7100 Wallace Rd in Independence Division. Assisted CFD wtih a fire in a metal storage building. No injuries.

July 6 11:15 p.m. Kidnapping at 3700 Ashley Hall Dr in Independence Division. The victims reported being forced to move at gunpoint in a robbery attempt by a black male suspect. The victims were able to escape from the car when it stopped at another house. The suspect then fled in the car. No injuries. The suspect is known to the victims.

July 7 1:09 a.m. Robbery from Person - Strong Arm at 2500 Remus Rd in Westover Division. The victim reported being robbed by physical force by three black male suspects. The suspects fled on foot. No injuries.

July 7 2:20 a.m. Robbery from Person - Armed at 6100 Elgywood Ln in North Tryon Division. The victims reported being robbed at gunpoint by two black male suspects, with one wearing dark clothing and the second was heavyset, bald and wearing a yellow shirt. The suspects fled in a burgandy SUV. No injuries.

July 7 2:40 a.m. Break/Enter Residential-Occupied at 1100 Rising Oaks Dr in Metro Division. The victim reported that three black male suspects broke into their home and stole their gold 2000 Cadillac DeVille bearing NC YPC9821. The suspects fled in the car. No injuries.

July 7 2:49 a.m. Rape/Sexual Assault at 9600 Bonita Ln in University City Division. The victim reported a sexual assault.

July 7 3:24 a.m. Robbery from Person - Armed at 100 Park Fairfax Dr in Freedom Division. The victim reported being robbed at gunpoint by a black male suspect, 20 yoa, long dreadlocks, black sweatshirt and gray pants. The suspect fled on foot. No injuries.
