Police say a woman from Concord stole her neighbor's identity to get prescription narcotics.

Amy Hunt has been charged with 10 felonies.

Hunt is charged with three counts of trafficking opium by possession, three counts of trafficking opium by transportation, three counts of obtaining controlled substances by fraud and one count of possession with intent to sell and deliver Oxycontin.

Hunt has not told police how she got her neighbor's information.

Her neighbor realized something was wrong when a pharmacy called to verify a prescription.

Hunt may also be charged in Mecklenburg County.

Detectives say she also tried to get narcotics at a Charlotte pharmacy.
