CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A woman charged with murder in an alleged street-racing crash that killed three people will be able to go to church and work.A judge granted Carlene Atkinson those privileges Thursday morning.Atkinson is charged with three counts of murder for allegedly taking part in a street race that ended in a deadly crash in southwest Mecklenburg County in April.She's out of jail on $900,000 bond, but as part of her release she previously wasn't allowed to leave her home. Atkinson is still banned from driving.Tyler Stasko, 20, the driver that police say Atkinson was racing, is facing the same charges. He has also bonded out of jail.
