CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Storm Water Services officials in Mecklenburg County said they'll soon have a better idea of who's in danger of being hit by flood waters.It's been one year since Tropical Storm Fay devastated parts of Charlotte. Now, county officials said they're preparing to unveil new flood maps.Storm Water Services officials said over the past year, they've used radar-like technology to map out parts of Sugar Creek and Briar Creek.
