Eyewitness News meteorologists are tracking a cool down in the forecast that begins Sunday. Chilly air is pouring into the Carolinas from the west.

It will dry out after 4 rainy days, but it will drop temperatures back below normal.

High temperatures will be below 60 and lows will be in the 30s. March temperatures have already been running 5 degrees below average.

This trend continues into the work week and right through the last week of winter.
