CHARLOTTE, NC -- Homicide investigators are looking into a suspicious death in Charlotte.

A construction worker found Norman Inco laying in a ditch Wednesday with serious injuries. The site is near the intersection of Old Statesville Road and W.T. Harris in north Charlotte.

Inco later died at Carolinas Medical Center. No word on what caused his death. Investigators expect an autopsy later this week to give them a better idea of what happened.
