Student Caught With Bomb Components In Bookbag

CHARLOTTE, NC -- A middle school student in Charlotte could expelled after police found components to make an acid bomb in his backpack.
Police made the discovery Wednesday at Alexander Graham Middle School in Myers Park.
Officers doing random checks found a strange-smelling substance in a bottle in the students bookbag.
Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools have not yet said if or when he can return to school.
