Charlotte, NC -- Charlotte City leaders revealed where they want NASCAR to build its Hall of Fame.
It's on Brevard Street in Uptown Charlotte near the convention center.
The city already owns the land.
Two local leaders who have been working closely to land the museum say it's the best site, but will work only if the convention center is expanded.
The city has to submit a bid to NASCAR by May 31st.
